Thai Beef with Carrot-Basil Salad

Spread the love

KITCHENI am firm believer of change. Specially when it comes to foods. My husband and I are always up for a new meal to try specially one that satisfies our appetite.

We love making meals that are simple to make and don’t take hours sitting in the kitchen preparing. Let’s face it, the more time spent in the kitchen means less time enjoying our meal and relaxing. Which in this household is important. Sitting around the table together as a family is important for us. With our busy schedules, this is one time during the day that we love doing as a family as we catch up on things happening.

One of the foods that we enjoy making and eating is Thai Food. We love it love it!

Thai Food is a cuisine that requires a love for spicy, sour, sweet, salty and bitter foods. Of course, not every recipe has each of those taste but we love spicy foods that have just enough kick to it. I am sure many of you have tried Thai Foods before and those who haven’t, I would say it give it try. I bet you will like it.

Thai Beef can be made from steak or hamburg. I chose hamburg because it’s less expensive plus my kiddos love it!

Surely, you can dazzle it up and make this recipe your own or add personal touches but the Thai Beef with Carrot- Basil Salad will keep you satisfied and full!

This Thai Beef with Carrot Basil Salad is the best of both worlds. You get the taste of the spicy beef plus a touch of the crunchy carrots.

Having it served over white rice gives you just the right texture that you want from a meal. It’s filling and taste amazing!

This recipe calls for clam juice although because my husband is allergic to seafood we didn’t add it to our ingredients. Needless to say it was just divine. Every last bite of it was gone.

Honestly, my son is not a lover of spicy foods but he really enjoyed it since he loves hamburg. It really is a great recipe to enjoy if you looking to make something different for dinner.

Serving it with a glass of green tea and some crunchy bread and you got yourself an amazing Thai meal.

Have you ever tried Thai Food? Did you like it?

This is my kind of meal (rice for everything) so I am definitely trying your recipe. This resembles the dish in the Philippines called sisig. Thanks for sharing the recipe, pinned it to my food board.

I love Thai Food! However, I never make it at home. I am not exactly sure why maybe it's all the "exotic" sauces and spices that I don't already have in my pantry. Your salad on the other hand looks simple enough and delicious. I'll probably skip the sugar for a low-carb version.

Omg, Thai food is so good! I don't eat it nearly enough, but this post has reignited my taste buds. It's always nice to get away from the typical American chain restaurant and try different cuisine.
