        Now that the Holidays have come and gone, it’s been a goal for me and my family to eat healthier. I believe that we all try to stay away from those tasty desserts and late night snacks after the Holidays but finding meals that my whole family can agree on be frustrating. Especially the ones that can save me time in the kitchen without sacrificing the taste. In my household, I have picky eaters. I’ve found creating “one bowl” meals are a big hit with my family.
