Lately, I’ve been watching what I eat. Especially now that I’m back at exercising daily. I took a little time away from doing it since I tore my tendon in my foot last September. Ouch! It’s been so painful. So you can only imagine how bad I wanted my air cast boot off and throw on my flip flops. Counting calories has never been my thing. In fact, I’ve tried many times and gave up more than I can count. But this time around, I’m doing a better job with observing my daily intake and it’s working.
After my workout, I always crave a special treat. Some days the craving comes and goes, but when they don’t go away, I look for something that allows me to indulge without feeling guilty. That is when I found the new Kemps Yo² Frozen Yogurt at my local Winn-Dixie store. Have you seen them yet?
The new Kemps Yo² Frozen Yogurt is so amazing! They only use premium milk and yogurt to make this frozen yogurt delight. It’s craveable mix-ins, and natural flavors in each frozen yogurt flavor, allows me to indulge without the worries. You will also never find high fructose corn syrup or any artificial flavors and growth hormones in the Kemp’s Yo². This frozen yogurt is the real deal!
Take their Raspberry Cheesecake Yo² pint size Frozen Yogurt. Talk about pure indulgence.
Raspberry Cheesecake is one of my most favorite desserts to have. Like ever! I swear just the name gets my heart pumping. I absolutely love it so I knew that I would love this flavor from Kemps.
Inside, you will find graham crunch and raspberry swirl. Here is the bonus, it’s so creamy that it melts right into your mouth. But before you run out to your local Winn-Dixie store, make sure it’s available. Remember it’s new.
Being the caring mom that I am, my children couldn’t resist without asking for what they call a little “sample”. So that is when we thought of making these yummy Easter Basket Frozen Yogurt treats. How cute are they? -And they’re so easy to make too and less calories. Check out my tutorial below.
You will need:
- Kemp’s Yo² Frozen Yogurt (Any flavor) Try Salty Caramel Cookie Crunch
- Ice Cream Cups
- Food coloring mist spray (Gold)
- String Candy- Red Licorice
- Jelly Beans to Garnish
First, take your ice cream cups and remove the top by using a knife. Place down a newspaper add or paper towel. Spray the food coloring mist spray on the bottom of the cup to make your basket. Allow 5-10 minutes to dry.
Add one scoop of Kemp’s Yo² Frozen Yogurt in the ice cream cup. Take the string candy then place each end in the insides of the cup. Place in your freezer for 5 minutes to let your frozen yogurt settle. Remove from the freezer and garnish with a few jelly beans. Serve immediately.
So tell me, what is your favorite flavor from the new Kemp’s Yo² Frozen Yogurt?
