With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, I can’t think of a better time to treat yourself to some new delightful shades from SinfulColors.
During Valentine’s Day most will receive cards, chocolates, flowers or perhaps jewelry as a token of appreciation or love from that special someone. There is also many that don’t celebrate the Cupid of love and that is certainly ok. This is certainly one of the times that you should spoil and pamper yourself since you deserve the utmost best.
Like many, we don’t spend enough time on pampering ourselves because let’s face it, being a mom our needs come last. Consistently doing for others each and every day. So yes, taking some time out for you is a necessity as well. Granted, we love having our nails done by a professional and I speak for myself when I say, I just can’t afford it all the time.
So what’s the next best thing , doing my nails in the comfort of my own home. I can paint them at my leisure and take all the time that is needed to complete my desired look.
Once again, SinfulColors has made their way into my home with their new Valentine’s Day polish shades, glitters and beautiful top coat collections.
On the SinfulColors website, you can find demonstrations that will guide you to locate that combination look. Just like applying one of your favorite shades with a glitter or shimmering base polish and now you have your very own unique nail design. It’s a fun new transformation from your previous nail shades.
Recently, I had a opportunity to review some of SinfulColors newest Valentine’s Day Collection shades and I am excited to bring to you, my experience.
I received four different shades to sample and I will say, I am very pleased with all the selections that were given to me. From the 24/7, Love Sprinkles, Go Go Girl and Pink Glitter, all four of these polishes from SinfulColors are great to use as a top coat or a combination of the two.
Something that I always admired about SinfulColors is the consistency of their polishes. Not to thick or watery but glides right onto the nail with ease.
As you might of known from my previously reviews with SinfulColors, my daughter loves for me to paint her nails. It’s one of many things that I love to do with her. So when she seen the selections that I received she went “pink” happy since that’s her favorite color. I will admit, pink shades have been one of my favorites as well although I do love the color red as well.
Pink Glitter was her favorite by far. It’s light and not overbearing for a young girl like herself. At first, I applied the shade 24/7 first then did a top coat with Pink Glitter. It really came out looking outstanding. I only placed one coat of each because that is all that was needed to get that desired look.
For myself, I decided to alternate different colors on each of my fingers. Using that same look as I did for my daughter and adding Go Go Girl with a top coat of Love Sprinkles. So pretty!
The Go Go Girl with Love Sprinkles is my favorite combination. I loved how the Love Sprinkles had tiny white hearts with white sprinkles coming right out of the bottle as you brush the polish onto your nail. It really brings out that special Valentine’s Day appearance. Of course, you could apply the Love Sprinkles to any shade and still get that same high quality look. I really liked using both of these shades together. It’s a great combination of the two.
Overall, I had a great experience trying out all these fabulous colors and shades from SinfulColors. It surely was fun to experiment these shades and just in time for Valentine’s Day!
The SinfulColors Valentine’s Day Collection features 8 shades and are available for you at your local Walgreens and Target Store for $1.99 each bottle.
