Our summer temperatures have arrived here in Central Florida and the weather has been hotter than hot! So hot that between the high daily temperatures and high humidity, the weather makes it feel so unbearable and uncomfortable for most of the time. As we know, being outdoors in summer can be brutal no matter where you live or vacation. It’s the time of the year that we can expect rising temperatures but boy do we look forward to feeling some relief.
Being outdoors day after day in this brutal summer heat is not something that I would do without being hydrated. - 1/2 cup of Sparkling Ice Lemon-Lime Water
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes
- 4 fresh mint leaves- crushed
- 1 1/2 fluid oz of white rum
- 1/2 lime- cut in halves
- In a tall glass add 1/2 cup of Sparkling Ice Lemon-Lime Water.
- Add 1 1/2 fluid ounces of white rum and 1/2 cup of ice cubes.
- Stir then add fresh mint leaves and garnish with a lime.
- Enjoyed in a chilled glass.
