I recently received the Epson Expression Home XP-400 All in one printer to review and I would like to thank Epson for this opportunity to share with my readers my review.

With Epson having a history for over 100 years, you can rely on products that are built to last. Their cutting edge designs and user friendly products make it so much easier for consumers to use. This companies motivation is to bring digital imagine innovation and give consumers the best of the best when it comes to printers and their capabilities.

The Epson Expression Home XP-400 All in One Printer gives you all the top features that you could ask for when needing a home printer.

You can print, scan, copy and so much more.

When I first initially started the printer I had to go through setting it up first. It was user friendly to set up as you can see on the LCD touch screen picture below. The LCD screen had step by step instructions on it and as well on paper.  It took me no time to set up , place the ink in, make my first print and all within 4 minutes.

One of the greatest features in the Epson Expression Home Xp 400 is the wireless capabilities. Let me just say that Epson Connect is one cool thing to have. Not only that this printer is wireless but you can also print from your smartphone and tablet including your IPhone and Ipad when using the Apple air print. With using the Epson connect you can print from across your room or across the world it is that simple. It’s like having an office assistant with you at all times. Another key feature that this Epson has is the Google Cloud Print. The Google Cloud Print works wonderful when needing to print a Google document or even a email message on Gmail. Using Google Cloud Print is integrated to work on Google Chrome and Chromebook too.

Here are some fantastic other features that I love as well:

  • Built in card slots ( SD Cards)
  • Touch Panel 2.5″ Color  LCD
  • Print Borderless Photos
  • Prints super fast @ print speeds of 8.7 ISO ppm (black) and 4.5 ISO ppm (color)
  • Compact and Easy to store
  • ENERGY STAR® qualified
  • Compilable with Windows 7 & 8, Mac and Universal

I  must say that I love the idea that I will not have to purchase ink in bulk when they run out. The Epson has made it easy and affordable to just change the ink color that you need. By doing this it will keep all the cost down when replacing. When I was printing I also noticed how vibrant the colors were and how the ink dried instantly not like other brands that you need to blow on the paper before the ink smudges. In your box will contain Four DuraBrite Ultra ink cartridges (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).

I am so impressed by the Epson Expression Home Xp All in One Printer that I plan on purchasing one for my son when he attends college soon. I am sure that this will be handy when he will need to print documents and reports from his smartphone or computer. For a retail price of $99 who can go wrong with all the features that it has to offer.

You can visit Epson on their website to purchase this Expression Home Xp-400 All in One Printer and locate a retail store near you.
