Enjoy a classic cheesy lasagna is in a new way. Same great taste in less time!

Tis’the season for traditional meals that the whole family will love. I’m all for family-friendly meals like my classic pull-up cheesy lasagna during the holiday season. There are so many different ways to prepare lasagna but one great thing about this classic pull-up cheesy lasagna style recipe is, it saves time and you can finally say goodbye to the classic layered lasagna. Pasta dishes are comfort foods that everyone loves eating during the holiday season. Mmm, so good!

Lasagna is one of my go-to meals to serve when I have company and extended family coming over for dinner. I love preparing it with tasty and fresh ingredients. What’s great about this individual pull-up cheesy lasagna recipe is, how you can prepare them ahead of time then reheat a few when needed. I’ve also made them, had leftovers (can you believe it?) then froze them for another day. Another reason why this cheesy pull-up lasagna is such a hit is that they’re great for portion control. Individual servings certainly come in handy during the holiday season.

-And of course, you cannot forget the cheese! Lasagna wouldn’t be the same without Stella® Organic Parmesan Cheese Shreds.

Bring on the cheesy Italian-inspired recipes this holiday season!

Classic Pull-Up Cheesy Lasagna Recipe:

  • Stella® Organic Parmesan Cheese Shreds
  • Ground Hamburg
  • Lasagna (cooked) 
  • Ricotta Cheese 
  • Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • Fresh Basil (chopped)
  • Eggs
  • Tomato Sauce (jar)
  • Salt  and Pepper for taste 

 

Preheat oven to 400º F.

On medium heat, begin cooking the hamburg in a skillet. Cook until brown. Add a jar of tomato sauce and sprinkle Stella® Organic Parmesan Cheese Shreds on top of meat sauce then set aside.

 

In a medium bowl, whisk two eggs then add 32 oz of ricotta cheese. Blend together well. Add one cup of mozzarella and Stella® Organic Parmesan Cheese Shreds. Stir, then sprinkle two tablespoons of chopped fresh basil. Blend all ingredients together.

Take, precooked lasagna noodles and place them in your baking dish. Allowing the noodles to hang over the sides. Start by spreading the meat sauce then adding, cheese filling.

Bring each side of the lasagna noodle together, then repeat the step. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese shreds, and fresh basil.

Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Ingredients
