Breakfast Banana Granola Cups are now my favorite go-to for a quick breakfast and snack.
Now that the holiday season has wrapped up, we can all breath a sigh of relief. Yes we made it! It’s a brand new year with plenty of goals that need to be met. I believe that one of those goals is to eat lighter and smaller meals during the day. Which is what we all would like to aim for with jumping into the new year. I’m not sure about you but I can’t stuff another cookie, or a slice of pie in my mouth. It’s not going to happen. It’s been two months of full-blown sweets in my house and I couldn’t wait for them to disappear.
In all honestly, I love sweets but my body needs healthier foods and my Banana Granola Cups are so simple to make. They truly are hard to resist!
Who loves vanilla yogurt? Oh, that would be me. My family also loves it too! I wanted to start the new year with changing how we eat our favorite foods during the week and what better way to do it then with my Breakfast Banana Granola Cups. Preparing Banana Cups can be done in no time. In fact, you can make them ahead of time and ready to serve when needed.
I would definitely recommend that you keep them refrigerated until you add your favorite yogurts in them on the same day.
Let’s get started.
First you will need:
- Almond Extract
- Cooking Spray
- Rolled Oats
- Ground Cinnamon
