“BeginAgain is a creative mix of old timey storytelling and responsibly crafted invention. It is our mission to tell stories through toys, to teach through play, and to invent in partner with the planet. Our company is fueled by the heroes we create and the partners we collaborate with along the way. At the BeginAgain workshop we believe our toys should provide play value without compromising planet value.”

Looking for a wide selection of craftsmanship toys this year for your children? BeginAgain has got you covered. They have a brand new 2014 line of toys.  Over at BeginAgain they have 4 simple rules which are, 1) Children are the real noise makers that is why you won’t find no battery operated or no electronics toys on their website. 2) They allow parents to share and collaborate their ideas then build in partnership. 3) Their products don’t leave a mess. They use plant based materials whenever possible and always reduce, recycle and are always open to seek improvement. 4) They give back to the community.

They use materials from Natural Rubber, Natural Cotton Fabrics, Harvested Woods, Wheat Starch Plastics and Bamboo when manufacturing their toys.

On their website you will find BeginAgain’s “A Wish Collection”. They offer such of a wide variety of toys for children. In fact they even have a special section for beginners which caters to infants.

With a new line of toys now available for 2014, who couldn’t be more happier about that. BeginAgain certainly brings educational together when making their toys.

Being that my daughter started Kindergarten this year there is so much for her to learn. She attended pre-school last year and did well but I am noticing that she is having issues with her letters, words and numbers. Like the difference between a upper or lower case letters and how sounds of letters can reflect the pictures shown.  So I thought what a better way to help her succeed then toys that are also educational.

I can’t think of a better way to integrate learning than a puzzle.

The Butterfly A to Z Puzzle is recommended for children ages 5 and up. It helps teach your children the alphabet and upper and lower case letters. This colorful butterfly stands right out with the bright colors of red, orange, yellow, purple and blue. Since my daughter does well with visual or hands on learning this puzzle is perfect for her. It’s easy enough for her to do alone. Each wooden piece is made from rubber wood so it’s completely safe for her to hold and place the puzzle pieces together. Since this puzzle is dual sided you can both by just flipping the butterfly over.  The wooden case is also great to keep your pieces together and it’s easy to store.

Another toy that I admired from BeginAgain was the Alphabites A to Z.

This awesome wooden puzzle allows your children to use the food wooden puzzle pieces for role play and can be educational at the same time. It helps teach your children the alphabet and helps with upper and lower case letters. The Alphabites wooden box can be used when turned up size down as a stove. How super cute this that? There are 27 pieces to this collection and it even comes with a wooden spatula and fork! This set is great for children ages 3 and up and is made from eco friendly rubberwood.

I really liked how this wooden puzzle playset had such a variety of foods. On each of the food pieces you will also see the spelling of each item. Which is a great idea and will help my daughter learn to spell also.

Both of these products are a great educational tool for my daughter. They bring playtime with toys and learning together. Which makes me one happy mom.
