I would like to thank the Shout Factory for offering a Free Copy of The Monster in Paris DVD to review.

A Monster in Paris will be available in a two- disc Blu-Ray 3D Combo Pack and  Digital DVD.

It all starts when a wacky inventor, his camera crazy best friend, a madcap monkey makes a mistake and then all was let loose in the scientists laboratory. With the lotions and potions spilling everywhere, the trouble two accidentally creates Franc, a product of a reaction of the common flea and one of the scientists concoctions. What they don’t realize is that Franc is not a big “monster” at all he has a soft centered soul with a passion for music. With the help of a upcoming nightclub singer Lucille, Franc becomes the talk of town and just how stories of Paris’s newest monster attracts the attention of the police commissioner and the scared citizens of this Paris town.  That is when the scientists and Lucille team up to protect Franc the “monster”knowing that he was more to them then a oversized flea monster he was a friend with a guitar talent.

When I first watched this with my children I was glued to my seat. I love how different this movie is compared to other children films out there. It showed me how friends can stick together no matter what the cause can be. I must admit that the first song Lucile and Franc  sang together can be memorizing. I found myself playing it over and over in my head. It’s a wonderful animated film for children and families to watch together.

A Monster in Paris is rated PG and is 1 hour and 27 minutes long. It was perfect for my little ones attention span and kept them interested.

Right now you can pre-order this amazing film on Amazon for $10.49. What a deal!

A Monster in Paris is a must have for any movie collector!
