Summer’s over now what?
Boy, didn’t it go by so fast. If your family was like mine we were super busy taking day trips to theme parks, to the beach and visiting friends. Now that school is back here in Florida the kids are well on their way. Be careful with those buses and children walking to school. Make it a wonderful year for them by keeping the pace just like summer. Keeping your kids active is important. I know my children get bored staying indoors and not to mention make a mess of their toys. So my plans are keeping them out, enjoying the soon cooler temperatures while still having fun.
This fall, I have so much on my agenda. The kids are excited for the fall season to start. They enjoy the leaves falling, having more home cooked meals, baking those yummy pies, carving pumpkins and those fun hayrides.
In the state of Florida you would be very surprised to know that most of the theme parks have Halloween events and some you can even have your kids treat or treat too. It’s so much fun for all ages.
A special time that we also share together is how we decorate our home with fall decorations. The kids love seeing and remembering items from last year like the lights, pumpkins and of course those beautiful fall centerpieces which I love seeing each year. Even though the fall season is a fun time we always make sure that we give “thanks” for all that we have and appreciate the moments that we share.
So what will you be doing as the summer comes to a close? Do you plan on having any fall events? Let me know as in the next couple weeks I will be having a wonderful Fall Event Giveaway.
