I wanted to thank Zing Toys for allowing me to sample their new Zano Bow and X6 Zoom Rocketz in exchange of this review. All opinions are 100% my own.
Folks over at Zing Toys know a thing or two about getting your children motivated and giving them a chance for a healthier lifestyle. Their high quality toys will get your children off the couch and playing outdoors more. The toys that are manufactured will promote exercise, keep your kids active and still having fun! Zing Toys come action packed for hours of play time. Your imagination and creative side awaits you!
You might be familiar with some of their brand toys such as the Zing Air, Air Storm and Zing Blast off.
X6 Zoom Rocketz has recently been nominated for one of the best outdoor toys for this year from (TOTY). It’s the first of it’s kind. The air power auto rotating system will eject the rockets at full speed and it’s all done by stomping your foot. It comes with six soft foam rockets that zoom in flight .The rockets can reach up to 100 feet in the air. No batteries are needed. The harder you stomp the higher the rocket flies.
Up and away the rocket goes! My son absolutely loves playing with the X6 Zoom Rocketz. This is great! He was amazed how far in the air the rocket actually went. I have to admit, I was very surprised myself. Who would of thought by stomping your foot, a rocket would projectile in a fast upwards motion. What’s more amazing, my son doesn’t need to keep loading the rockets. With having six rockets ready to engage, the X6 turns in rotation. As you can see in the pictures above, the rocket went so high and fast that it was hard for me to take a picture quickly but I got a few in action.
I see why this was named outdoor toy of the year it’s fantastic!
Also new this year is the Zano Bow. It’s a compact bow and arrow that you can take with you on the go. It’s designed for smaller children in mind. Comes with a small wall target and is parent approved for indoor use. The Zano Bow is about one-third of the size of Zing’s best selling Z-Curve Bow. Zano comes complete with two Zartz arrows that can sling right into the target.
My daughter who is five had a hard time at first using the Zano Bow. The size of the bow is perfect for her hands although she had a hard time connecting the arrow to the bow. On the other hand my son who is eight, had mastered it. It was actually pretty nice to see them both interacting with each other and my son helping with her coordination skills. After a few tries she got the hang of it and was excited to see that she could do it by herself. The Zano Bow is great for beginners.
The X6 Zoom Rocketz retails for $24.99. Suggested age is 8 and up. As for the Zano Bow, it retails for $9.99 and is recommended for ages 5 and up.
Both of these toys will be great to keep the kids motivated, interested and active this summer.
