Whether you’re ready to admit it or not spring cleaning will soon be on the agenda. Especially after celebrating a holiday just like Easter.
After cooking a meal for my family, my kitchen looked like a tornado went through it. -And after our dinner was served, I had bowls, plates, silverware, pots, and pans lined up around my sink. Ugh and not to mention all the sticky stuck-on food, melted candy, and sauce drippings all around the kitchen. Wouldn’t it be nice to snap our fingers and all that mess just goes away? Umm, Yes. It certainly would. But unfortunately, our fingers are not magically so we clean, and scrub until our home is clean again. Although, what we can do is save time with cleaning hacks and I can’t think of a better tool to use other than Mr. Clean® Magic Eraser.
When it comes to saving time in cleaning, you need something to handle everyday messes. That is why I let the Mr. Clean® Magic Eraser handle all the dirt, grease and grime all around my house. Mr. Clean® Magic Eraser brings the muscle so you don’t have to. It’s perfect to use during spring cleaning since it saves you time and less effort.
I do admit, I’m considered a procrastinator when it comes to cleaning my microwave. I’m not sure why I overlook it but I do. It’s a kitchen appliance that is used almost daily in this household. From my husband heating up his coffee to the kids and I heating up our leftovers. Our microwave works in overtime but yet I seem to still neglect it. I’m guessing that I get so caught up in other cleaning tasks that cleaning the microwave is next to last on the list to clean.
-And, I will say, there is nothing less pleasing to the eyes when you go to open up the microwave door and see stuck-on foods, and coffee spills from days before. Ugh! So gross right?
My microwave has certainly seen better days. But one thing is for sure, you want to make cleaning your microwave the easiest and safest way possible.
What to do, What not to do.
I’ve learned my lesson. Scrubbing the inside of the microwave with an infused dish wand is a no-no. Not only will the dish detergent and soapy water seep through the cracks, but it will leave you with a bigger mess than before like damaging the unit. When it’s time for cleaning my microwave, I use my Mr. Clean® Magic Eraser with water and water only. No chemicals or solutions just aqua.
Just soak the Mr. Clean® sponge in water and squeeze to remove the excess moisture. That’s all! Since the Magic Eraser is versatile for everyday use, you can basically use it for many tasks. Think of it as a multi-purpose cleaner sponge that adapts to any surface.
Check out my before and after pictures below. Can you believe it? Doesn’t my microwave look spotless?
HGTV host and former Bachelorette Jillian Harris shares her dirty little secrets when it comes to Spring cleaning. For her, it’s a must to use Mr. Clean® Magic Eraser. She shows how easy it is to clean smart without you doing all the hard muscle work.
So as you can see, Mr. Clean® Magic Eraser can do more than just clean those scuffs marks from your walls. It serves a purpose for cleaning your kitchen, bathroom, outside furniture and even sneakers.
